Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that you can check my account history from the beginning days and I have been shopping with Flipkart for so many years now and have been a flipkart plus member for so many years now.
I have not raised any concern about the delivery issue of the products. This is my first time and I had a bad experience with the delivery of products.
I and my family members have not received the products yet but the delivery person has marked it as delivered for the order id: OD427793962473491100.
I have been following these products since that time and have not got the proper resolution for the same.
I am very much disappointed by this. So I request you to look into this matter on a priority basis.
I am happy to share if you need any further information from my side.
