Order ID : OD225602299918677000 which was an exchange order was supposed to be delivered on 8th August 2022, but it was not. However, it is showing delivered on the App. I tried contacting the Customer care through the chat available on the app but it was to no avail, the customer care phone number and email were also not available on the App.
