Text of Complaint by Manoj Kumar Mishra:

ON DATED 10/10/2021 I have ordered LUMINOUS zelio 1100+RC18000tall tubular Battery+ trolly of amount 15489 which was paid by credit card. NOW when I talked with customer care for delaying in delivery of product on given date I.e 27/10/2021 they told me that it will delivered by tomorrow I.e 28/10/2021.
When I checked it in order book it shows it had been delivered on 20/10/2021, but I have not received the product till now.Apart from this I have also not got any message or any phone regarding delivery of my product..
Now please resolve my issue, either give my product or my amount in my account
I hope as a good company in this field and customer oriented company you take action regarding the above issue as soon as possible.
