Text of Complaint by Jitendra:

You now totaly useless and making people foolish by taking the chance of current lockdown and pandemic situation.
I have alredy mentioned that I have ordered the product during the lockdown and also you have already taken 3 weeks of delivery time against normal delivery of within a week.
And now I am getting call from your team and saying that the product will not be delivered by scheduled time which is 18th May and also they do not know exactly when it will be delivered.
If you people do not able to capable of deliver products as scheduled time and do not know how to deal with customers then why do not closed your dukan and take rest.
And please take knowledge and training from Amazon and hometown how they are working and delivering on time during current situation. As I have ordered AC and bed and they delivered before scheduled delivery date.
I do not want to listen any story and what’s your internal problem, I need my product by 20th May only or please pay me the double amount of the product.
I have purchased this machine on EMI and I have already paid my first EMI but you have not yet delivered the product.
I need my product by 20th May only.
