Hi Sir,
I have ordered the product ( Order ID – OD126066829667728000 ) the sale on dated 22 Sep 2022, whose expected delivery date was 3rd October 2022. Unfortunately the delivery got delayed by Flipkart. On 6th October 2022 I got a call from customer care executive that the expected delivery date has been shifted to 9th October, and at the very next minute I saw the cancellation message from Flipkart.
I tried to take help from customer care but unfortunately they are unable to help me out on the same and also they hesitate to transfer the call to their senior management team.
Now the same product is not available and also the cost has been increased. As I am a regular and valuable customer of Flipkart I expect the better service and customer integration from your end.
