I have ordered Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam 8 inch KING PU Foam mattress and its cover from Flipkart, both the products are delivered to me on 19th August, however, the application still shows yet to be delivered on or before 24th August. I spoke to flipkart team multiple times about the issue, the agents – Komal, Ahmad etc. have informed that wakefit team is not marking the product as delivered and every time they raise 1 complaint and backend team closes the complaint marking it as resolved without even calling our giving any resolution.
I had backpain and hence, I ordered this mattress, it has severely increased my back pain and I am not using the mattress at all as it of no use to me. I spoke to wakefit team and they have assured that the product was marked as delivered on 20th August. This is returnable product as per policy and they are ready to take the product back, the only condition is that it should show delivered in the application only then I can raise the return request.
I am struggling to get a simple resolution from Flipkart, this is totally not acceptable. I wish I would have ordered this from Amazon really!

No Resolution till date,, is consumer Court is also failing to make an impact on the complaint??
