Dear Team,This is in regards to Order No- OD120188719394277000 placed on Flipkart on Nov 4th. Delivery if this product was supposed to be there by 23rd Nov. Nobody approached then and the item was being delivered on 30th Nov. However, i was not in town then as i left the town on 29th and the same instructions were given to courier team and same was mentioned in query raised through Flipkart also. How come my order got cancelled. I only wished the delivery date to be rescheduled. This isn’t fair piece of deal that i am being conveyed to re order the same product again on Flipkart. But i would not go ahead with ordering the new one since the price is higher now. I request you to reinstate my previous order.
