sir i placed order on 08.072023 order id no 407-8833672-2931536 bose new quietcomfort earbuds ii world best noise cancellation in-ear headphones with wireless bluetooth personalized noise cancellation and sound midnight blue but its Instead I got Redmi earbuds. The complaint which was lodged by me but today I was told by them that you have received the correct product, due to this you cannot be replaced and refunded but I have not received the correct product, by which I have also sent you the photo, So you are requested to get me my original producttry or get me a refund of my product
