I had booked a Jio air fiber connection request on date 27.04.2024 but did not get any response from Jio team.From that day till now I have sent at least 100 emails to Jio customer care. But I have not received any response from Jio team.The Jio team has forded with me. I have already deposited the booking amount of Rs 1000.I am completely mentally disturbed by this kind of behavior of Jio team.Till now no action has been taken by the Jio team. Nor has my money been refunded.I have no other option now. That’s why I am now complaining about it in the consumer court.Jio’s service is very bad. Or its customer care service is very bad. Does not help the customer in any way. Makes the customer crazy. Wastes the customer’s money or time.I have been telling every customer to leave Jio network.
