To my dismay i have to write this message to you for a pity things which can be resolved by the customer care executives on call.. but they were unable to to that…
I am very disappointed with the services of Flipkart.. I have ordered 34 grocery items from Flipkart on 26 July 2022 with delivery date of 31 July 2022, payment was made at the same time online.
On 31 July 2022, received a message from Flipkart stating that we are unable to deliver your products and same will be delivered by 01 August 2022. I called to Flipkart customer care number, they told me that they had raised a concern for the same and also assured me that anyhow and at any cost my product will be delivered by 04th August 2022.
From 01 August to till date i called to Flipkart customer care executive to know the status my order, daily the delivery date is extended to next day..
I requested to customer care executive to cancel the order if the seller is unable to deliver the product, but they refused to cancel the order as the order is showing out for delivery on 31 July 2022.
Did i make mistakes by shopping on Flipkart ??
I am mentally harassing by Flipkart..as i am daily making a call to customer care and the have only one reply that your order will be delivered tomorrow.
When the tomorrow will came and i will get my order????
This instance will leave a very bad impact for Flipkart services..and i am very disappointed with this..

Day before Yesterday, customer care executive told me that they have forwarded my concern to back end team and they will contact you within next 24 hrs.. still waiting for the call from Flipkart back end team..
Today again i have received a message from Flipkart stating that your order will be delivered on 20th August 22.
Kindly help me to get the order or cancel my order.
