- I Ordered a Wizpad ( Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inch, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black Product ID :) through the website BookmyTab on 14th July 2020. SINCE THEN IM LOOKING FOR THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER TO ARRANGE FOR RETURN PICKUP AND REFUND POLICY BUT DIDNT FIND IT.
- I have received the product but its not functioning basic things. It takes a long time to open an application. I want to return the item and please refund the money.
- The amount is paid through HDFC Bank creditcard
- I have received the product . The product so slow and bad and not working to the descriptions provided in the website.
Even I want to send the mail or Phone call or complaint , no mail is going and no phone no. available.
- Though the site showing certificate valid, there is no mail or phone or address connectivity. Look like the site is cheating people.
