This mail is regarding the cancelled order without my any confirmation.
I had a order on 23th sep SAMSUNG Glaxy F23(Aqua Blue,128 GB) for her Mom’s birthday on flipkart festival sale with huge discount but i shocked when MUKTSAR RTO Rejected my order without any
confirmation even that wednesday 28th i have received message that your order has been out for delivery and they call me form 075290-54000 for delivery but i was not available on wednesday so i asked
I personally visited the office and received my courier. But when i visit the Muktsar office yesterday 29th sep and ask for my order then team found my courier because of they lost my courier also yesterday
I visited the office twice because it’s very urgent and special for me and they assured me that we will found your order and definitely delivered on 30th september but they rejected my order without any
confirmation even i asked the office official to confirm me with any update. So how is it responsible for time waste and money waste because they are easily cancelled.
So now I want an explanation for the same reason why my order was cancelled without my permission and also I need the same product. If they are not able to provide I will help the court .
Hope i will receive a response asap.
