On 2nd aug i have received order has been delivered for the product of complan, 4 pouches of oil. But I didn’t received the product. I have raised three time complaint, still not yet resolved. Really frustrated of the customer care not responding the issue.
On 9th they told amt will be refunded, but amt not refunded instead i have received, hope issue has been resolved.
Again i have raised complaint ask me to wait till 13 th. Today again i have called, ask me to wait 4 days.
I don’t know how many more days to wait to get refunded.
Please confirm how the delivery person closed without password.
Please transfer the amt to my bank account as immediately or respond my issue asap.
