I ordered my item on 23rd july 2022 ,and the last date to deliver it is on 31th of July .The Product reaching to nearest hub on 31th of July 2022. And from that day onwards for everyday it goes to out for delivery and at the end of the day delay due to external factors. I can understand their would be some problem.
And while calling to Amazon customer care they simply say your order will surely reach tomorrow actually it is due to some external factors it delayed … And now its above last day my order not delivered ?
And number provided to contact delivery agent , where not picking up the phone wholeday . Then what’s the use of providing the number and pin to contact the agent.
