This is regarding the order number ORDER # BOTRA-001BA-7018107 that placed on the 25th of December now nearing 3 months with no solution. Another order was placed on the 16th of January. Several phone calls were made after that but no response. There is a lack of response from Bisleri and no information given. I have asked for 3 cans to be returned which is Rs.150/ jar. Is this the way to make money? I have a total of 6 jars and if after 2 requests and several calls the 3 jars are not taken, what happens to the next?
