I ahve order Samsung refrigerator on 23 sep 2022, Today is 6th oct 2020.. its around 15 days since order placed.. I have scheduled delivery on 4th oct because i had flight on 5th oct… I called customer care in 5th raised one ticket (V33178337). They said your order will get on 6th… I again called on 6th they said you woll get your order on 7th.. so whom should i trust… I ask for reason behind delay.. not get proper response… Customer care user not speaking properly.. hang up call…
