I have made an order from a website named SilkySmooth99 for inner wares. The product that I have ordered had a return/exchange policy that applies. When I received this order today, the product doesn’t match the ones that were ordered and is of very low quality. Now, when I am trying to raise a complaint on their website and trying to ask for return the contact number (7973231201) mentioned over there are not reachable and the website too have no link that can direct to complain page.

I got a number online and was able to speak with them. But I was skeptical so did not proceed. You may check 8392078983. But please do not provide them with your bank information. You can speak with them once I got the number in google.
