Hello,
I have placed an order on 27th Nov 2020. Payment has already been made by online credit card for Rs. 3999.00 item ordered was Wizpad z1 pro tab (10.1 inch) back, I have received a confirmation call from customer care lady on Sunday 30.11.2020 stating for in 2 days your order will be delivered but yet not received the same.
Can you help me with the status of the order.
