I have ordered a smartwatch with earpods on 14 July 2020 from shop2step company available in the facebook. Payment of Rs. 699/- as mentioned against the product was paid online. Order no. 2049 was also confirmed by the said company. Screen shot enclosed. No further updates received so far. No customer helpline number available. No tracking facility is also provided in their website. It seems to be a fraud company.
