I purchase utensils from Jannatvilla.myshopify and pay through your payment portal of Rs. 1802.48 dt. 25/09/2021 . but there is no order confirmation from said merchant and contact mob.no. 7984959394 is switch off . I think this merchant is potential fraud merchant . i need my amount to be refunded
