Hello Flipkart,
This is regarding an order that I have placed from Flipkart,Order ID – OD329356681060182100.
The initial delivery date of the order was 12th of October but it has not been delivered on 12th of October. I have contacted to one of your customers about executive they were saying like it deliver to the next business day. Now it has been already 4 days from the date of delivery. In the application it still shows they have order is out for delivery but still I have not received my order yet.
As I could see the order I purchase for rupees 2495 something like that now the price has been increased to 4300.
Flipkart cannot delivered the promise if they are that they have taken then they should not display anything on the order that they are giving the order on the discount Price.
I want a concrete answer from the customer support team that when I can expect the order to ticket deliver it has already been 5 days from the delivery date. And you guys has been harassing me for the delivery stating that that it will get deliver to day to day to day today but I’m not getting any update on that.
And none of your customer service has a basic standard level of speaking to a customer they are very rude you can listen to any of the conversation how they are speaking to us. Being a Flipkart plus member getting this level of standard of service is not expected from Flipkart. Kindly make sure to deliver the order at the earliest.
In all this chaos the delivery team did not even try to contact me ….. Not even once.
