Namaste! I made an order on this so-called website called “https://www.yourprint.in/” on the 31st of July 2022. There was not a single update I received regarding the order after that, and it’s been 10 days, when tracked my order it still says Order is processing. I sent an email asking for an update. There is no response.
Now I tried chatting with a customer care executive (there is no contact number available for directly calling them), but they have been telling me that the order is delayed due to some quality check issues and that they can’t cancel the order.
Firstly, there is no update on the delay, until I asked them. I had to keep on chasing them for an update.
Secondly, they tell me that they are going to ship the order only in the next 3 days, where the actual D-day is on Friday, so even if they ship it in the next three days I am going to receive it only much later than Friday.
Thirdly, they exhibit the worst attitude in losing the continuity of the chat, keeping me waiting for so long only to tell me that they can’t cancel the order and they can’t provide me a refund.
Please show me some justice here. I am facing a lot of trouble due to their lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and lack of respect and commitment towards customers.
