I have purchased a laptop in Big Billion Days sale of 39590 and its delivery date is given to me was 26th Sep. However, I got a call from delivery agent that he is near to my location and will deliver the product in half an hour and then I waited for half an hour and started trying his no. but he is not picking up my call. Now am not getting any response from anyone on this issue. Infact I have been told you can cancel the order as it’s very much delayed. This is seriously a big scam which we are facing nowadays i mean customer purchase something in Big billion days on high discount and then they said cancel your order. If customer have to raise the new order then they should be given the same product at same pricing or else complete their first order as customer paid for the product not to cancel his order.
Flipkart is doing a scam on big level nowadays and we request the authorities to take it seriously and from judicial system there should be a law for customer to avoid such scenarios.
