I have placed order on 25 th of april 2023 it been 3 days am getting fooled by your company first on of your delivery executive was not responding calls when i contacted the customer service then he started responding then he was saying i will be not able to delivery at that location because that location do not comes under me then he was already drunk & then he asked ne to come nd pick up the order from his home, as he was keeping my order at his home nd was convincing me to wait till next day morning his name was rohit dhoke as he said.
And after this when tried again to contact customer support then one escalation executive was threatening that they will cancel it As the escalation executive name bahadur singh was not able to give the resolution just sending the prepared templates do not get issue resolved. And specially this people threaten customers by saying we have authority to cancel order is that money yours we are here spending our money on the trust of Amazon and like this executive threats people that understand it or we will cancel the order they don’t even value customers
This is the one of worst customer support i have seen till now and i am seriously this will not stop over here i need my order should be deliver any how as i already paid for it and also i have wasted my time behind you guys
