I ordered a mixer grinder on 11 th july 2022 and got expected delivery date 15th july 2022. Since then regularly approaching your customer care, they are assuring me for delivery regularly but daily expected delivery date is increasing.
From 16th july 2022 daily I’m getting feedback call from you that I am adjourning my shipment and asking about my feedback , I am regularly denying for that but no action from you.
The Delivery agent called me on 16th july 2022 to collect my delivery from 1 km away from my location, I asked him to deliver my order at my provided location but he refused.
I complaint this to your customer service agent he assured me to take action against delivery agent but all in vain. Today again your customer care assuring me than EOD today i’ll get my order but now again app is showing new expected delivery date and again same feed back call and that I refused to collect…
