I order at site https://krisandjohn.in/ vide order no. Order #66487 dated 14.02.2025 but not sent the ordered items

I have ordered for 3 denim casual shirts against order KJ96406 on 26th march 2025. But i recived one pant against that order. I paid the money rs 999 to Ekdart couier. I sent 3 emails to replace the wrongly sent item. So far no actions / reply. It looks this company is not reliable.
