http://I was placed an order in Amazon on 6th May 2021, they suppose to deliver it on 8th of May but again they postponed to 15th May. Now finally agent calle dme to come and collect from some place, i went there and he asked me for verification code for product exchange, while I’m checking verification code in exchange device, he himself entered wrong code and says wrong verify code, so we are not delivered to you and he left f from there.
I contacted him more than 30 times but no response, contacted Customer service team and requested more than 1 hoir in chat. But still there is no resolution, simply saying that place a fresh order again.
But, for my order bank already converted EMI’s and charged processing fee also.
If i can place fresh order, again I’ve to wait for 10days more and bare the extra charges from bank also I’ve to pay 6 EMI’S to bank unnecessarily.
Without any mistaken from my end why would i waste my money for extra charges also wasting of my time for 10days more?
I requesting you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
