Greetings of the day!!
Please be informed that my order was cancelled of Order ID – OD226222003507275000 without my consent by stating that delivery partner was unable to deliver order on my location.
This is not the first time which I have ordered product on the same location. Everytime product was delivered on my address. Why this time i am getting these kind of issue from delivery partner side. I wanted to be deliver my order with the same order I’d.
Not expecting this type of customer service from Flipkart. Why they have cancelled my order without my consent or without informing me. Two days I have call with customer executive and they have advised to deliver my product on or before 20 October then it is cancelled.
Could you please register complaint from my side.
