This is regarding Order ID: OD126072714051624000,I ordered an Apple Iphone 13(256 GB) in exchange for an old phone at an exchange value of 5000.
The Order was scheduled for delivery by 29th Sep 2022, but it was delayed due to unknown reasons. When the wish master came for delivery on 30th Sep 2022, while verifying he said I’ll have to pay 2550 extra for the exchange rate. But as I have attached the photos of my old phone it does not have any scratches for dents and also all checks were passed.
His behaviour was so rude he told me that I’ll cancel this order and will not give delivery.
I only said to reschedule the product delivery and he left saying that please speak to customer care.
After that I had spoken to customer care multiple times and complained regarding wish master behaviour and delivery of the product but no action has been taken yet. They are only raising complaints but no resolution has been provided yet.
The Wishmaster is also not picking my call.
I even told the Customer care representative that we are ready to pay 5000 rs extra but please deliver my product.
On 2-oct 2022 I received a message stating the product has been cancelled and refund will be initiated.
Reason for cancellation by customer service agent: no response from customer/ rejected by customer.
Now flipkart is saying to place a new order as the previous order is cancelled. Why should i place a new order with revised increased price. Customer did not cancel the product, so why should the customer bear the loss.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Who is the delivery guy to decide the cancellation. And why such false promises by the agent???
The reason given by the delivery guy is false and it is an unsatisfactory service produced by Flipkart and Ekart.
I want a positive response
My sincere request to flipkart is please deliver my product as soon as possible with the same amount which I have ordered. I’m ready to pay an extra 5000 for the exchange but not more than that as this is purely the fault of Wishmaster and flipkart. I’ll not bear the loss for your faulty management.
