I had ordered a POCO C3 phone worth Rs.7649 on 9th August 2021 and it was a prepaid order which I paid full amount through my friend’s ICICI credit card and its expected delivery date was 12th of August 2021 but even on the promised date they didn’t deliver. Instead they extended the delivery date to 4 more days (Means extended date was 16th August 2021 ). And I don’t even see them delivering me my product on the extended date also. So, I called the customer service but they keep telling me to wait and nothing else.
Now flipkart is saying to place new order as previous order is cancelled. Why should I place a new order with revised increased price. Customer did not cancel the product, so why should customer bear the loss.
Don’t buy anything from Flipkart . They have become the worst service provider. Who has the complete dependency on seller
