I ordered redmi 9 activ mobile on dated 28.10.2021, and requested many times please deliver my order after 10.11.2021, and your customer care executive assure me that your order will be deliver after 10.11.2021, and you can check my conversation with your executive, he assure me confirm, but in the morning of 11.11.2021 , i received a message that your item is cancelled. what kind of service is your , I already paid amount on advance. if you can not assure your customer why you give us promise. Seriously that is first time , i feel that amazon service is very bad. Please Revert me as soon as possible .
