Sir, I have ordered Imubless sachet medecine through 1tab (https://www.1tab.com) on 16th July, 2021. Cash on delivery option is not available in the website. They take the order through advacne payment. At the time of order, it is displayed that the medicine is available. However, after making a payment and even a week, I didnt get any message or notification regarding dispatch of the item. The website didnt provide customer care number also, anything we have to write a mail. So, i wrote a mail to 1tab.com and they say the order is not available and they cancelled it.
However , they after they cancelled the order, they didnt take any initiative regarding refund. I have write many mails still they say we will refund but actually they didnt do it. Now, its more than a month and the agency keep silent .
In this regard, I request you to take a legal action to this marketing website for cheating and looting the commoners of the country.
