I have placed an accessory order for car mattress worth Rs. 3900 and order #GMDSD711396 in Gomechanic web site on14-12-2022. and I called after 3 weeks because it was shoeing processing then i came to know it has been cancelled by their end due to unavailability.. and said by them amount will be credited to your account in 5 to 7 days. But it was not done. I have called customer care several times(about 20 times), but the issue was not resolved.
Today is 15-02-2023, Still I didn’t get refund amount
