Order description: Bose smart sound bar with wifi
My order was supposed to be delivered on 24th may but it couldn’t get delivered and it was assured by time and again to me that it will be delivered by 30th may. However today at around 2200hrs on 29th may I got a message from Flipkart that it has been cancelled. No prior permission or information was taken. And flipkart executive told me to place an another order again. I placed an order when there was an offer now this harassment to a customer that now you place your order again. This is totally unacceptable. I would like to raise a complaint. I shall be grateful if you and your team will helpful on this instance.
