Me and my husband ordered Lenovo Tab M8 with exchange of Samsung J2- Core phone. We are prime customers so the order reached my doorstep at around 1 pm. The delivery did not verify the phone properly. It had tampered glass stuck to it, we tried to remove it but it was hard to remove so we gave it to him but he said the phone was itself broken. In the meantime i sent my cousin to get the tampered glass removed. The delivery agent said he would come back to collect, but he did not come back and cancelled the order. This behavior is harassing us and looking forward for a possible solution. The customer care agents were not even friendly and nobody was able to provide a solution to this issue. They were not able to provide a proper way of refunding the money or they dint want to help us with new order. This is making us to think why do we have to be a prime customer without even having any benefits and this response from Amazon customer care people. As far as i know, customer care and policies are mainly to provide service to customers but here i see it operate in the opposite way. This has made us spend a lot a time apart from our work and it all ended up in vain. We are looking forward for a proper explanation and compensation for this. I have attached my phone that is not damaged in any way which the delivery agent refused to see.
