Dear Sir,
I had given an order for google watch for Rs 499/- and I made payment (OTHPG 055787 PayU Gurgaon) of the same by net banking through my SBI Account. ( Link given me after making the payment-screen shot of the same attached herewith)
Yesterday I had contacted your customer care No.8967844231 and got a call from another number-9311307645, he replied that my order have been cancelled and refund will be done only by Google pay of phone pay. I dont have both of these and I said that to send back to my account itself.
Then he replied that no refund will be done in this way.
I request you that either you please give me the product or please do the needful to refund my Rs 499/- to me at the earliest
