Im the customer of flipkart
I had booked the mobile samsung galaxy F62 mobile black colour on the date 04/05/2021
order id no :- OD121699371296111000
date of delivery given:- 17/05/2021
amount paid through HDFC debit card :- 17499 (date:-04/05/2021)
but i haven’t not received any kind of update , messages and call from flipkart and the order was cancelled on 18/05/2021
No delivery attempt was made by flipkart delivery agency
As per your terms and conditions of you and your agency is failured to deliver the goods there for you have liable to pay the compensation for the deficiency of service A sum of rupees 50000/- to pay my account otherwise i will file the complaint against the you in consumer court hence as soon as to solve this matter your faithfull customer
