My order was canceled twice by the seller Dawntech Electronics for the same product giving the same reason. According to the mail i received, the product got out of stock both times and i didn’t find it a valid reason because on the same time and same day i was able to place the order again. If the seller wasn’t having enough stock why is he keeping the product always available. He could have marked the product as out of stock after taking orders as per his limited stock.
I have never been so disappointed by amazon before. I even have to pay my bank Rs 2000 without getting anything delivered, all thanks to this seller and also amazon for keeping such kind of sellers. Kindly take a strict action against this seller so that any other customer should not get disappointment and have to pay unnecessarily any bill. If possible i want my canceled order to get delivered at the same price with the same offers. I hope you will take any action and also i will get a solution to my problem also.
