Sir, I have make an order ORD539599594 on 17th sep 2023 of Rs.1652. My order got canceled without my permission and even I have not received refund yet.
On chat with blinkit they have confirmed that refund initiated same day, but when I have not received till 22nd sep, when I have again inquired on chat they told that
“your refund was not processed due to a technical error.I have forwarded your concern internally to our payments support team.
The refund for the amount of Rs.1652 will be initiated by our team within 24 hours, and post initiation, it will be credited to your bank linked with UPI within 3-5 working days.”
Again 3 days have passed and still refund not received.
