I had ordered a smart phone from Amazon prime. Inspite having prime membership I had to wait for more than 2 days. When the delivery perisn arrived the status started showing as canceled on the app. On asking the customer care, he informed me that there was some issue with the older phone of mine which I had punched for against the return of a new phone by paying the difference amount, and coz of the same my order was canceled. I mean what shitty this process is. My main order was canceled due to the supplementary issues. And I am here with no phone now. But my payment is already debited from my account.
