Text of Complaint by Keshav Suman:

I have purchaaed a speaker from boat and after 7 days its speakr got distorted I have raised a complain to boat team a technician visted my home for door step check he found 2 speaker are not in a condition to work, he said we will order the spare part nad replace it within 4-5 days, now it became approx one month I tried to rech customer service sicne last 20 days they are just saying we have dispatched the spare part your problem will be solved soon, in last 25 days their product didn’t, I dont know which type of curior service they are using, I tried to reach boat mail support wrriten 3 emails in gap of 2-3 days didnt get any response from them, I dont know why every thing is correct but now they are not responding now I think they cheated me I have lost my 3499 for that product and also wasted a lot of tume that has affected my job , my mental health too, Please take a look and help me to out of this.
