I have ordered a Zerbronics Zeb v19 HD 18.5 inch LED Monitor from Amazon on 26/01/2023 the order was supposed to arrive on Saturday (28/01/23) and then without any information or whatsoever they initiated the refund amount. As I needed the product ASAP i contacted the Amazon customer care to ask whereabouts and reason for cancellation. I spoke to manager and he assured me if i place the order while I was still on call he would raise a ticket n fasten my order so it will be delivered today (29/01/23) and now wen i open the app the order says it’s not even dispatched yet n arrives on Tuesday (31/1/23) and again I had to contact the customer care and now they respond very rude way with no politeness and wer not helpful in any manner regarding the order n nor made me speak to the manager who spoke to me and misguided me yesterday!
