Order Adidas shoe on amazo worth 3835 but received same brand’s different model and place a return and they rejected 2-3 time due to verification failure and a customer agent placed return request
They pick up on 30april and raise a investigation now the say that we send a right product but you return wrong item so we can’t initiate refund and can’t send you the product which you return
