Order a Laptop and was eligible for open delivery, delivery executive not given open delivery, raised the complaint to Flipkart customer care .. but they cancelled the order…. it was 100% advance payment

I had ordered DELL Vostro Core i5 11th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10) Vostro 3400 Thin and Light Laptop on 10 on 10-06-2022, and order id is IDOD125169514213289000,
as per the flipkart instruction open box delivery eligible for this order also i had instructed by flipkart As follows
1) Ask the agent to open the package in front of you, check for damage, parts missing or wrong item
2) share the OTP after checking the product of these issues
3)after OTP shared, return will not be accepted for damag, parts missing or wrong item

but delivery person not ready to give open delivery regarding this i had made 3 complaint to flipkart…but they have not done anything for this finally today (16-06-2022) i got the message that order has been cancelled as per customer request… i had no requested for any cancellation …. what is my fault in this… why my order got cancelled that saying as per my request…. for this kind of business why flpkart wasting or time?
