I “Meena Devi” ordered (Order 408-8286774-8539519) Eureka Forbes Vacuume cleaner which got delivered on 3 October. Since product was defective (all functionality not working) so I requested for replacement on 9th October. No one came to replace the machine and delivery started showing replacement completed on 11th Oct.
I tried reaching customer care but no one gives complaint number against which I get clarity of refund or replacement.
Please help on providing refund and complaint number for future tracking of issue.
