I had ordered for
Ringke Fusion Compatible with Google Pixel 7 Case Cover Transparent Hard Back Soft Flexible TPU Bumper Scratch Resistant Natural Form Google Pixel 7 Back Cover – Clear as on 3rd May 2023. for my google pixel phone.
However, the product I received was different from the picture shown in the amazon portal. which unfortunately I didn’t take video’s or pictures.
In the picture the cover is shown for the cameras which horizontally placed. However the cover I received is for vertically placed cameras or mobiles.
Since I dint had the cancel option. and in the portal if I request for return, automatically it will place replacement product. Hence i returned the product.
and I had option to cancel the replacement product , which i cancelled it later
I returned the product next day with the good condition. which delivery guy picked up.
and amazon team investigated and concluded that I have returned a different product, hence they will discard the product and there is no refund or replacement
