Dear Team
we want to known you that we make the JBL Earbuds order At 2 August 2021. we received your product but it does not looks like the same as displayed at site . after that we talk to your executive and tell that we received the different item and they placed the replacement order for that . after that we received your replacement order this times we receive the original product but one earbuds left did not work properly . after that we talk to your executive and they placed the refund request . your product is pick up and verified by your pick up boy Mr Surjeet ( ph-9802937866). the delivery boy pick up the order 10th of Aug . they verified the product weather it is same or not at the time of pick up . they verify it and pick the order . but still now we did not get the refund kindly please make the refund amount asap . you can also cross verify it from your delivery boy by making a call . we have also a recorded call from you delivery boy that we give the original product to him . once the product is pick up from the customer address we did not know what happened next . and it is not our fault or not our responsibility to deliver it to your warehouse . it is the fault of your delivery boy or warehouse they exchange it with the another one . kindly please process our refund in next 2 working days otherwise we will give the delivery boy receording to media partner & filed a legal case againest you .
