I am drafting this e-mail regarding escalation and complaint about my refund status.
As I have been contacted more than times and also attached all the proofs but eventually I didn’t receive the refund from your end.
As discussed with your executive team they have initiated the refund but still, I am suffering and trouble. I am very disappointed with this service through this I don’t any choice so, eventually, I don’t any option to get my refund through the to FIR Against telemarketing and Consumer Fraud case from the Amazon & seller as well & Abuse Prevention Act.
I also would add those people who are in the mail chain and promised me to initiate the refund, Attached proof for your reference.
As I have already returned this all product and I have the proof those who have signed from the seller end also I have courier team confirmation that it is reach out to the seller instead of this you didn’t initiate the refund.
As I am a prime customer but still you’re not being taken care of by your customer. It is so, Bad.
I make sure if you couldn’t initiate the refund I will be reaching out to the hirer management,
