Hi Amazon,
My return request of Redmi 9 power (Blazing Blue, 6GB Ram: ORDER # 402-4665529-80475) had been generated on 22nd July 21, One Amazon guy had come to my home around 1:00 PM on 23 july 21. He told me you have returned Redmi 9 power (Blazing Blue, 6GB Ram), Then I spoke him yes. He had collected this mobile, Again another amazon guy had come to my home then he told me for return said maobile. Then I told him , mobile has been refuned to amazon guy who had come around 1:00 PM same day.
Please let me what is my fault here, Normally when we return the product and amazon pickup guy comes and take it (Refund) . We did not face such problem.
I have request many times to customer care, Nothing is happened. My amount 12,999.00 should be refuneded. Mobile is refunded to amazon guy.
Today, customer has been denied me your refund can not be done. I am requesting to you please refund my money ASAP. If you are not refunded my amount that’s very wrong.
