I am writing this mail in Regard to my complaint which is pending from a week now. On 2 Oct i had ordered 3 REALME 32” LED and on 3 Oct a flipkart representative delivered 2 LED at 6.01pm post confirming the OTP . I have a video recording of my society where the executive is shown carrying 2 LED in hand . On the same night at 12:13am i got a message from flipkart that my 3rd LED has been delivered. It is practically impossible for any person to make delivery at sleeping hours so I called customer care explaining my issue till 4 Am . I was so worried that i could not sleep whole night and my bp raised. I was told that i should wait till next morning as it could be an application glinch. I had to take off from office next day because of bad health and stress. I waited till afternoon and nobody came or called. I spent the next day calling customer care executive multiple times explaining issue and raising my bp each time. I got vaccine same day and had high fever even then i called multiple times. I am a loyal as well as plus member customer but all my limits have been tested. Till date there is no resolution. Even the executives could understand my health condition but no resolution. I demand my refund and compensation for the mental and physical harassment caused ,also including the salary of days i had to take off for this Fraud.
